  19. The original batch of PVR's had a faulty chip that *might* have caused errors in systems with 
  20. certain clock speeds. DPS sent me a recall notice to this effect and said that even if my 
  21. system wasn't a candidate for trouble (it wasn't), they still didn't want any potentially bad 
  22. boards floating around to cause problems in future machines. They also said the new boards 
  23. weren't ready but would be soon. Two weeks later, they practically rammed a replacement board 
  24. down my throat, and even cross-shipped it so I wouldn't have any down time. Talk about service!
